Although we're mainly in the business of distributing amateur videos for producers at a non-exclusive, 60/40 arrangement, we sometimes receive inquiries from producers wanting to sell their content or who want to get out of the adult industry altogether. Sometimes we buy video footage, photos, trade names, web domains, etc. from individual producers. Here's how the process works...

• You must tell us what price you are asking for the content. Please don't ask us to make you an offer.
• We need a detailed list of exactly what is included in your asking price.
• We buy ALL WORLDWIDE RIGHTS. That means that once you sell it to us we own it 100% and you cannot sell it again or use it in any way. You are transferring all rights...forever.
• We must receive the original, unedited raw footage that you shot with the camcorder and/or still camera. We are willing to agree in writing that we will never release specific items in the raw footage if there is a privacy or documentation issue.
• We must receive all original paperwork, model releases, IDs, documentation, DVD inventory, etc. related to the items you're offering to sell us.
• We're more inclined to accept an offer where the film has live sound with no music or sound effects or radio/TV playing in the background.
• All male performers in the film must be wearing condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse.
The film cannot contain any prohibited content including, but not limited to: water sports, scat, snuff, blood, child pornography, bestiality, fisting, rape, violence, incest, or drug use.
• After both parties reach an agreement (in email/writing) on the selling price and the included content, we will send you a Sales Agreement Contract via FedEx. After signing the agreement, you will FedEx it back to us along with all of the above content for us to review.
• It can take us anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to review all of the content and paperwork. If we discover any problems we will let you know of any issues that may arise in order to complete the purchase.
• If there are no issues, or when the discovered issues have been resolved, we will FedEx you a company check for the agreed upon amount.
• If we are purchasing a web domain then we will withhold a predetermined amount until the domain transfer is complete. Once complete, that remaining balance owed to you will be sent to you via FedEx.
