- I will not disclose my username and/or password to any other entity.
- I agree that the information in the AMVC Producer Member Area is proprietary, confidential, and copyrighted and owned by On The Edge of Cyberspace, Inc. and I will not disclose or share any information to or with any entity.
- I understand that I am to use the information in the protected area, as well as any communication from AMVC, for my own use only.
- I will not spam customers, producers, or anyone associated with AMVC.
- If my association with AMVC is terminated, for any reason, I agree to cease and desist any attempts at accessing this protected area.
- I understand that all logins (and attempts to login) to this protected area are logged.
- On The Edge of Cyberspace, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages that may occur as a result of using the services of any third-party links contained within this protected area.

- All communications from AMVC.com are the property of, and copyrighted by, AMVC. All communications to AMVC.com become of the property of AMVC and may be used by AMVC in any context we wish.
- This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any action brought pursuant to this Agreement must be filed in King County Washington.
