Producer's Note: Mandy Goodhandy is back in a new series ''Mandy Goodhandy Licks the Lounge''. The Lounge is an alternative adult club run by Mandy Goodhandy and Todd Klinck in Mississauga, Canada, featuring ''nude boys'' (we don't call them ''strippers'' or ''dancers'' because it's not the fucking National Ballet and we try to keep it amateur style). In ''Mandy Goodhandy Licks the Lounge #1: Tryouts'', it's time to audition some new ''talent'' for Mandy's strip club. As with all Mandy Goodhandy videos, it is all improv, shot in one take. The three audition-ees finish their model evaluation forms, which are collected by Paul, an experienced Lounge nude boy brought in to be Mandy's assistant. Mandy looks over the forms, starting with Bam-Bam, (who can be seen in Mayhem Men #5: Lounge Strippers Jerk Off) who fills in ''English'' under the heading Other Languages Spoken. Mandy takes note of this sloppiness, and Bam-Bam tries to cover by saying that he also speaks, Broken English and ''Bad English''. Mandy moves on to Brad, a boyish lad who says on his evaluation form that he'll have sex with men, women, she-males, groups, and he uses toys (''So you're a little slut,'' Mandy notes). She then moves on to Marshall, (who can also be seen in Mayhem Men #4: Cyber Boys Jerk Off) a cute 20 year old who will also ''do anybody and use toys''.

Once Mandy is satisfied that the forms are properly filled out, she informs the boys that she is not easy to work for. ''It's all about me, at the Lounge.'' She informs them that if they want to work at the Lounge, they have to be prepared to do as she says. She then informs the boys that if they do anything wrong around the Lounge, they will get spanked. They are told that this also applies to auditionees, and that this is their last chance to leave, if they don't want to work at the Lounge. All boys agree to stay for the auditions, so they are sent to the change room to put on something simple. Paul is sent with them, as he is to give a demonstration of what it means to be a nude boy at the Lounge.

In the change room, the boys check with Paul, the seasoned dancer, if indeed Mandy is telling the truth, and will spank anyone who screws up. Paul informs them that yes, she will be spanking them, but that it's a nice club to work at and the money is good. Lots of close-ups of boys being boys in the changing room, and then Mandy tells them to hurry it up, and they all go back into the club to see Paul's demo. At the end of the song, Miss Goodhandy compliments the way Paul moves, but asks if he knows what he did wrong. As he is still wearing his underwear, he realizes that he made a mistake, and forgot to get fully naked. So Mandy takes Paul into the VIP area to dish out her first punishment, letting the new boys hear for themselves what they are very likely to be soon experiencing. Paul is then brought on stage and spanked further in front of the new boys, and then dismissed for the evening. Alone with the new boys, Mandy informs them that they are going to each come up on stage and do a one-song audition. They are told they must do something on the pole, something on the chain, and remove their clothing.

First up is Bam-Bam. When he finishes, Mandy says ''What is this the Lion King meets Bugs Bunny thing you've got happening here?'' She tells him he's unique, and has a good sense of rhythm, but he's a bit bizarre which might turn off some customers. He is told to sit down. Next up is Marshall. He too is unique, something that Mandy encourages, but doesn't seem to use the pole much. ''You use toys, don't you? I'm sure you can find something to do with the pole.'' Bam-Bam leaves the room to use the restroom, without asking permission, during Marshall's performance. ''Working at the Lounge is about working as a team,'' she then informs the boys. She brings them on the stage to teach them a simple dance routine. Mandy then attempts to teach the three boys the dance routine. But the giggling starts, which ends up dominating the rest of the video. Marshall and Brad just can't help themselves from giggling.
