General Shipping Policies
All of the tapes and DVD's in your order will be shipped to you from our offices in Seattle Washington, USA.
We use Priority Mail from the U.S. Post Office to ship packages to addresses in the USA. To addresses in the USA, we charge a $4.50 base shipping fee plus fifty cents for each item in your cart. Orders are usually in your hands in 7 business days or less. Please remember that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. We do not send packages overnight.
Your order MUST contain your credit card billing address, but if you wish to have the product shipped to a different delivery address then be sure to select the "Different Billing And Shipping Addresses" option during the checkout process. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to an address different than the billing address if, in our opinion, the shipping address represents an attempt to commit credit card fraud or any other crime.
Special International Shipping Policies
Items shipped to any address outside of the USA will be sent by Air Mail and usually take 14 to 21 business days to arrive. Please remember that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Canadian shipping fees are $1 higher than the USA shipping fees and shipping fees to all other countries are $5.00 higher than the USA fees..
Packages may be stopped, inspected, delayed, taxed, and/or siezed by Customs Officials in your country. AMVC is not responsible for these duties, delays, or confiscations. If your package has not arrived within 30 days please contact your Post Office or Customs Office for information.
